1. Az adatkezelési tájékoztató célja
Mint adatkezelő, magamra nézve kötelezőnek ismerem el jelen jogi közlemény tartalmát. Kötelezettséget vállalok arra, hogy tevékenységemmel kapcsolatos, annak során minden adatkezelés megfelel a jelen szabályzatban és a hatályos nemzeti jogszabályokban, valamint az Európai Unió jogi aktusaiban meghatározott elvárásoknak. A személyes adatokat bizalmasan kezelem, és megteszek minden olyan intézkedést, amely az adatok biztonságát garantálja.

4. Érintett jogai és jogérvényesítési lehetőségei
Az érintett tájékoztatást kérhet személyes adatai kezeléséről, valamint kérheti személyes adatainak helyesbítését, illetve – a kötelező adatkezelések kivételével – törlését, visszavonását, élhet adathordozási- és tiltakozási jogával az adat felvételénél jelzett módon, illetve az adatkezelő fenti elérhetőségein.
4.1. Tájékoztatáshoz való jog
Az érintetteknek jogukban áll tájékoztatást kérni a személyes adatok kezelésére vonatkozó valamennyi információval kapcsolatban.
4.2. Az érintett hozzáféréshez való joga
Az érintett jogosult arra, hogy az adatkezelőtől visszajelzést kapjon arra vonatkozóan, hogy személyes adatainak kezelése folyamatban van-e, és ha ilyen adatkezelés folyamatban van, jogosult arra, hogy a személyes adatokhoz hozzáférést kapjon.
4.3. Helyesbítés joga
Az érintett kérheti a rá vonatkozó pontatlan személyes adatok helyesbítését és a hiányos adatok kiegészítését.
4.4. Törléshez való jog
Az érintett jogosult arra, hogy írásban kérje a személyes adatainak törlését, mely kérést késedelem nélkül teljesítem.
4.5. Az adatkezelés korlátozásához való jog
Az érintett jogosult arra, hogy kérje a személyes adatai felhasználásának korlátozását.
4.6. Adathordozáshoz való jog
Az érintett jogosult arra, hogy a rá vonatkozó, általa az adatkezelő rendelkezésére bocsátott személyes adatokat tagolt formátumban megkapja, és ezeket az adatokat egy másik adatkezelőnek továbbítsa.
4.7. Tiltakozás joga
Az érintett jogosult arra, hogy a saját helyzetével kapcsolatos okokból bármikor tiltakozzon személyes adatainak kezelése ellen.
4.8. Visszavonás joga
Az érintett jogosult arra, hogy hozzájárulását bármikor visszavonja.
4.9. Bírósághoz fordulás joga
Az érintett a jogainak megsértése esetén az adatkezelő ellen bírósághoz fordulhat.

6. Az adatkezelés alapjául szolgáló jogszabályok
- AZ EURÓPAI PARLAMENT ÉS A TANÁCS (EU) 2016/679 RENDELETE (2016. április 27.) a természetes személyeknek a személyes adatok kezelése tekintetében történő védelméről és az ilyen adatok szabad áramlásáról, valamint a 95/46/EK rendelet hatályon kívül helyezéséről (általános adatvédelmi rendelet).
- 2011. évi CXII. törvény az információs önrendelkezési jogról és az információszabadságról.
- A köziratokról, a közlevéltárakról és a magánlevéltári anyag védelméről szóló 1995. évi LXVI. törvény.
- A közfeladatot ellátó szervek iratkezelésének általános követelményeiről szóló 335/2005. (XII. 29.) Korm. rendelet.
- 2001. évi CVIII. törvény az elektronikus kereskedelmi szolgáltatások, valamint az információs társadalommal összefüggő szolgáltatások egyes kérdéseiről.

4. Rechte der betroffenen Person und Rechtsmittel
Die betroffene Person kann Auskunft über die Verarbeitung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten verlangen sowie die Berichtigung ihrer personenbezogenen Daten bzw. – mit Ausnahme der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Datenverarbeitungen – deren Löschung oder den Widerruf ihrer Einwilligung beantragen; sie kann ihr Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit und ihr Widerspruchsrecht in der bei der Datenerhebung angegebenen Weise oder über die oben genannten Kontaktdaten des Verantwortlichen ausüben.
